Support Team Scheduling Co-Ordinator. This position requires an experienced professional to effectively manage all customer calls and requests. This candidate will be required to obtain a detailed and advanced understanding of the Derrycourt estimating, proposal, and value alignment process. The candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure that all works are scheduled correctly and timely. The position will also be required to issue weekly KPI statistics as part of overall KPI monitoring. The candidate must have strong experience in these areas. Customer Support Development Team Administrator The Support Team Administrator will work closely with the Support and Senior Management teams to develop document templates create proposals, SOPs, and other materials for use during the sales and administration process cycles. The successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and customer service focus. The hours for this position are 9.00am to-15.00pm Monday -Friday. Bid Coordinator Work alongside the existing bid co-ordinator and support Senior Management teams to complete tenders and the bid process for public and private sector tenders. It is expected that the individual will have the ability to undertake projects on their own – starting with small –medium sized bids – whilst assisting with larger bids, with the aim to move towards working on larger bids solely themselves. The successful candidate should have pervious experience in preparing tenders, stong attention to detail and hig standard of written english.
