That is why the Derrycourt Employee Awards are so important. They give us an opportunity to pause and reflect on the past 12 months, recognising the people, teams and sites whose dedication, leadership and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact. This year, we received 556 nominations, recognising colleagues, teams and sites from across the business. Those nominations came from managers, colleagues and clients who took the time to acknowledge outstanding contributions and celebrate the people around them.

The awards are a reminder that while excellence can be measured in standards, performance and results, it is ultimately driven by people. People who take pride in their work, support one another, solve problems, build trusted client relationships and consistently go above and beyond.
