Throughout April and May, Justyna played a pivotal role in a large-scale recruitment effort. She conducted interviews and checked references; building a capable new team for one of our major sites. She took on the challenge with determination and grace, often working beyond regular hours to ensure every detail was covered and every candidate properly considered.
Thanks to her hard work, the new team is already proving to be strong and effective—a clear reflection of the time and effort Justyna invested in selecting the right people.
Justyna has always been a dedicated and helpful supervisor, this past year she has grown and taken on much more responsibility, she is eager to learn and is never afraid to ask questions so she can ensure she is doing the task correctly.
Over the past year, Justyna has continued to grow in her role, taking on greater responsibility with enthusiasm and professionalism. She is known for her willingness to learn, ask the right questions, and go above and beyond to support her colleagues.
