November Derrycourt Employee of the Month
Mohamad has been recognised for the consistently high standard of service he delivers across every site he attends. Whether working as a porter or as a cleaning operative, Mohamad approaches each role with professionalism, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Mohamad went over and above his usual duties to assist staff during a particularly busy few days. He provided invaluable interpreter services and generally assisted in helping residents feel at ease, all whilst still discharging his normal work responsibilities to a very high standard. He was a pleasure to work alongside during this busy period.

Head Office Employee of the Quarter
Ciara has been recognised as Head Office Employee of the Quarter for her positive attitude, reliability, and outstanding support for colleagues across the business.
I recently had a quotation that needed to be actioned urgently. I contacted Ciara by phone to explain the urgency and, with no hesitation, she got onto it straight away, which in turn left us with a very happy client. I always find Ciara reliable, patient, and with an infectious cheerfulness about her.
