March Employee of The Month
For March we received an unprecedented number of nominations for Derrycourt employees who went above and beyond in their work. It is reassuring to see this committed dedication to upholding Derrycourt standards and values.
It was a very tight race and Maurice, a team player who is the embodiment of Derrycourt’s values by being customer focussed has been selected as the March Employee of the Month.
Since starting to work for Derrycourt last year I have really enjoyed my experience so far. The support I get from the staff that I've met and my Area manager is amazing. We work well as a team and cover each other from time to time when needed. Anything that's needed to provide the excellent service that represents Derrycourt's standards is given without a problem. A call to my Area manager and she sorts it out. The flexibility that the job offers really suits me and my needs. The sites that I cover, the staff & teams are so friendly and welcoming, this really makes my job so much easier & enjoyable. I am delighted to receive this monthly award and thank you to everyone who put me forward. It's very much appreciated.
