March Employee of the Month
Kamil’s exceptional organisational skills, unwavering support for his colleagues, and dedication to leading by example have made a significant impact. His remarkable efforts over the past month have truly embodied the values that Derrycourt stands for, and it is with great pleasure that we highlight his hard work and commitment.
Throughout March, Kamil took on multiple deep cleaning projects in the Kerry area, including power-washing at a local golf club and conducting a thorough clean of the trophy cabinet at Killarney Golf. Not only did he complete these tasks during his owed hours, but he also played a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of the entire team by delivering equipment and colleagues to various sites.
His organisation, willingness to help out his colleagues, leading by example, and doing extra outside the norm were on full view last month. In addition to going beyond, he also organised the roster and ensured normal service on sites was delivered without interruption.
