December provided an opportunity to celebrate two individuals whose professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to step forward have made a meaningful impact within their teams.
December Derrycourt Employee of the Month
Hifzur has been recognised as December Employee of the Month for his outstanding performance at Keelings and for stepping into a leadership role when it was most needed.
Over recent months, Hifzur has consistently demonstrated dedication, reliability, and a strong work ethic. When the site supervisor was unavailable, he stepped into the role at short notice, taking responsibility for communication between the team and the site, supporting colleagues, and ensuring standards remained exceptionally high.
He has consistently gone above and beyond his assigned duties, he has helped new colleagues find their way around the site, helping the supervisor guide new team members to perform to highest standards of work. His positive attitude and work ethic is the reason we are putting him forward for this award. Hifzur is a trusted and valued member of my team. His professionalism and enthusiasm have earned the respect of colleagues and supervisors alike.
His leadership was particularly evident during external audit visits, where his attention to detail played a key role in achieving successful outcomes and maintaining full compliance. Hifzur embraced additional responsibilities with confidence, showing a clear eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of his role.
Beyond his supervisory support, Hifzur consistently goes above and beyond in his day to day work by supporting new colleagues, helping them find their way around the site, and guiding them to deliver work to the highest standards.

Head Office Employee of the Quarter
Daniel has been recognised as Head Office Employee of the Quarter for his outstanding contribution within the Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Transport team.
Over recent weeks, Daniel has provided invaluable support around Head Office and in the lead up to a key client event. His willingness to assist wherever needed and his positive attitude have made a real difference behind the scenes.
Over the last few weeks I have called on Daniel to help with some jobs around Head Office and in the led up to the client event. He is so pleasant and helpful, never saying no and does everything without any fuss. He is a pleasure to deal with.
Daniel’s professionalism and approachability make him a valued member of the team, and his readiness to support colleagues reflects a strong sense of teamwork and reliability.
