January Employee of the Month
Andreea’s attention to detail and high cleaning standards reflect Exceeding Expectations and Customer Focus. She ensures that all paperwork is up to date, maintains an exemplary workspace, and upholds the highest standards in her role.
Andreea’s paperwork is always up to date. Her cubby is exceptional, as are her cleaning standards. I have recommended her for supervisory training.

Head Office Employee of the Quarter
Natalie’s proactive approach and professionalism perfectly represent Urgency, Respect, and Family Ethos. During a recent contract transition, she played a key role in managing staff retention, liaising with HR, and keeping all parties informed—ensuring a smooth process during a challenging time.
Natalie carries herself very professionally. We recently had a contract loss in her area, and she was very proactive in arranging which staff to retain, liaising with HR for letters, and keeping everyone informed throughout the exit process. Natalie never fails to show up and represent the company in the best possible light.
Her dedication to Sustainable Performance and Development has not gone unnoticed—she has also been nominated for the Area Manager category and Derrycourt Ambassador award, further reinforcing her impact and leadership within the company.
