Maria P is the August Employee of the Month due to her commitment and exceptional dedication to personal and professional growth

Maria has shown exceptional dedication to her personal and professional development throughout her career at Derrycourt. She initially focused on improving her English skills through on-site lessons, actively promoting this opportunity to new arrivals as well. During the pandemic, she took on a supervisory role at a site heavily impacted by the crisis, when cleaning services were critical. More recently, Maria has taken computer skills training to adapt to the company’s shift towards a paperless platform, ensuring she can continue performing at her best as the organisation evolves. Her long service, consistency, and reliability have always been valued, but her commitment to continuous development stands out as the key achievement.
Maria’s story is a testament to the power of self-development and adaptability, and we are proud to have her as part of the Derrycourt family.
September Employee of the Month
For the month of September, we are proud to recognise Robert C as our Employee of the Month. Robert has consistently maintained high standards in his work at a particularly complex site, demonstrating both expertise and a commitment to excellence.

Robert has worked on his site since the opening of the building. He always keeps the standards very high, despite the complexity of the site and the difficulty performing most of his duties during opening hours, around HSE staff and clients. He has built strong relationships with the clients, even through various changes in management over the years. He also collaborates effectively with our onsite porters to deliver a complete service, representing Derrycourt well. All of this has been achieved with minimal management support.
Robert’s ability to manage a challenging site with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent standards is truly remarkable, and we are delighted to celebrate his achievements.
