Since Ilze started with us her work ethic has been second to none. Management and staff have noted Ilze’s attention to detail and her meticulous efforts to ensure the house is cleaned to a high standard... Ilze has integrated into the house seamlessly. She has built up trusting relationships with the staff and young people which is a real testament to her character and warm, friendly approach.
The feedback highlights the importance of the relationships Ilze has built within the house — something that is vitally important in a residential setting — and reflects the positive impact she has made since joining the site.
