January Derrycourt Employee of the Month
We are delighted to recognise Ahmed, Joveline, and Ruggery as Derrycourt’s January Employees of the Month.
Working together as a team, they have consistently delivered an excellent standard of cleaning, shown great pride in their work, and demonstrated the kind of proactive, customer-focused approach our clients value so highly.
Outstanding Client Feedback
Their nomination followed exceptional feedback from the client and staff on site, who were quick to recognise the difference this team made to the environment and to the working day.
It has been noted by some of the staff in the Primary Care Team that the current cleaners are doing a really great job this week. The bathrooms are particularly clean and I noticed some of the staff pulling out nursing equipment in the clinical areas and cleaning underneath them which I hadn’t noticed before. They are also very pleasant to deal with which helps make the working day that little bit nicer.

In appreciation of the high standards provided, the client even presented Joveline with chocolates as a thank-you gesture, a small but meaningful sign of the positive impact this team has had on site.
