September Derrycourt Employee of the Month
In September, Gabriel was recognised for the exceptional way he stepped up to support the industrial team while covering for a colleague. His strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach ensured that both site teams and Head Office remained fully informed and supported at all times.
Gabi has been covering for the Industrial Manager for last two weeks. He has been doing an excellent job, he communicates well with the team, and then back to the office, acting as the intermediatory. He is extremely diligent in ensuring his team have what they need to start and complete jobs, and then that the office employees have what they need from the industrial team. Gabi is very good at reacting to last minute changes. Great to see him step up.

October Derrycourt Employee of the Month
For October, we were delighted to recognise Vita, Rasa, and Zeljka for their outstanding teamwork and consistently high standards at the Primary Care Centre in Arklow. This team continues to deliver exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards, as reflected in their excellent audit results month after month. Even during the busiest periods, they ensure every area of the centre remains spotless and ready for staff and patients.
