Derrycourt Training Centre
We are winners of ICCA and FAS Training awards and have one of the highest number of BICSc certified trained staff trained and have recently extended our BICSc approved, state of the art Training Centre. Our trained and highly skilled staff currently provide a wide range of services to a large number of sectors and will continue to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
Our training programme is designed to train operatives in a wide range of disciplines and cleaning skills from a range of perspectives including cleaning methods, health and safety, infection control, chemical safety, hygiene standards, equipment safety and auditing and customer service.
Investment in our Staff
At Derrycourt our staff are not just a number – each employee is given a carefully devised training plan. This plan provides them with the opportunity to grow within the organisation. Many of our Cleaning operatives have advanced to On-site Supervisors, Site Managers and Area Managers.
