Overall winners in the Training Category at the ICCA awards 2008, Derrycourt are keen practitioners of continuous improvement in all areas of our operations, and we view the training and development of our staff as high priority. With our on site training facility and specialised training manager in house our dedication to staff training reflects our commitment to our ever growing workforce.

With help from our membership advantages with the British Institute of Cleaning Science, we ensure that our personnel are trained to their maximum potential in their relative field with assistance from external Training Managers.

All of our operatives are subject to a bi-annual performance review using data from our quality monitoring sheets and feedback from our clients, after extensive analysis we retrain staff where necessary and reward staff for performing to and above the required standards.
