Derrycourt view training as a key element to our success. Training within Derrycourt is continuous and ongoing during an employee’s career within Derrycourt - and our success with regard to the training of our staff can be viewed via our Awards history – including the ICCA Fas accredited Training Award.
All training is held at our state of the art training facility at our Dublin Head Office, delivered by a dedicated team of trained professionals.
Derrycourt would view the provision of a highly trained workforce as an added value to any service provided. Not only do we provide induction/manual handling/ Infection Prevention and Control and COPC training as basic to all staff, we ensure that site specific training is provided for all sites that Derrycourt provide services to.
All of our operatives are subject to a bi-annual performance review using data from our quality monitoring sheets and feedback from our clients, after extensive analysis we retrain staff where necessary and reward staff for performing to and above the required standards.
