The Results are in……….

On the 25th of January 2020, Derrycourt Cleaning Specialists scooped an incredible 13 awards at the Irish Accommodation Services Institute Awards (IASI). Derrycourt had 12 sites nominated for the awards. We are delighted to announce that we received a 11 Gold Standards & a Silver Standard Award. Once a Gold Award is received for a site this can be then put forward for a Supreme Award which we received for Children’s Health Ireland at Connolly Hospital.

The Irish Accommodation Services Institute (IASI) was set up in 1985 to promote best practice across the accommodation field. Their annual awards are one of the biggest calendar events in the Accommodation Industry, and once again all the hard work and dedication of Derrycourt staff has been recognized at the 2019 awards.

The 2019 Awards Ceremony took place in the Hodson Bay Hotel, Co Roscommon. We picked up the following awards on the night:

  • Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) at Connolly Hospital (Gold Award & Supreme Award)
  • The Mater Private Hospital (Gold Award)
  • St Vincent’s Private Hospital (Gold Award)
  • Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) at Crumlin Hospital (Gold Award)
  • Connolly Hospital (Gold Award)
  • The Phoenix Care Centre (Gold Award)
  • National Rehabilitation Hospital (Gold Award)
  • Clontarf Hospital (Gold Award)
  • Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) at Temple Street Hospital (Gold Award)
  • St Mary’s Hospital (Gold Award)
  • Laura Lynn Ireland's Children’s Hospice (Gold Award)
  • The Ashlin Centre Beaumont Hospital (Silver Award)

A win like this is not only achieved on the day of judging, nor is it achieved by one person. It is thanks to the combined efforts of our entire team that we continue to succeed each year at the awards.

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the cleaning operatives, account management and head office staff who provide an exemplary approach to their work on behalf of our clients and of course to our clients for letting us continue to put forward their sites for such accolades.
